House Attendant

The House Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the hotels public areas, provide assistance with guest luggage and deliveries, and assisting with ensuring the pool area is clean and well-maintained, as well as providing support to the housekeeping team. The ideal candidate is friendly, efficient, and attentive to details, contributing to the overall guest experience. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Clean and maintain lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, pool, gym, fire pits and other public areas, to include outside of guest rooms and all public/indoor hallways in all buildings.. Ensure all public areas are kept tidy, presentable, and free of hazards. Empty trash receptacles and replenish supplies as needed. Stripping bedding and terry from empty guest rooms, removing rubbish from guest rooms and hallways.Stocking housekeeping closets with supplies and linens. Deliver messages, packages, and amenities to guest rooms promptly. Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions. Assist with guest transportation needs and valet parking services when required. Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest issues efficiently. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service. Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
