Alliances Desktop Graphics Strategic Procurement Manager Description This role is responsible for independently developing solutions for Alliance projects, managing complex issues by applying extensive knowledge of supply chain and industry practices, and interpreting data to optimize graphics performance. The role collaborates with peers and senior management to establish supply chain plans, monitor industry trends, and contribute to competitive Alliance strategies. The role owns strategic projects from planning to execution, contributes to organizational strategies and long-term goals, and contributes to resolution of issues like risk management, assurance of supply, and continuous growth. Responsibilities Independently develops and manages solutions for complex problems, by applying in-depth supply chain and industry knowledge. Interprets data received from various contributors and leverages insights to develop recommendations that optimize performance. Owns strategic projects from planning through to execution and provides findings resulting from project execution. Leads cross-functional project teams, providing mentoring and guidance to achieve project goals. Participates with peers as well as senior management to establish strategic plans, tactical implementation, and team objectives. Works with internal and external stakeholders and sources to monitor and assess impactful trends and provide perspective on potential impacts to the business. Supports in creating the company's competitive strategies and contributes to ongoing competitive intelligence gathering. Contributes to the development of overall strategies and long‑term goals of the organization by acting as an advisor to the senior management. Contributes in discussions with business executives on a wide range of high‑level issues, including risk management and new growth opportunities. Education & Experience Recommended Bachelor’s degree in business or technology related discipline, MBA preferred. 10 plus years in technology and partner focused roles. Knowledge & Skills Utmost levels of integrity and professionalism. Able to think critically about key business drivers and risk factors with demonstrated ability to develop practical solutions to achieve business objectives within acceptable risk parameters. Executive presence: comfortable making executive‑level presentations, navigate complex and complicated situations, work through challenges, and able to positively influence multiple stakeholders. Infuse constantly evolving rhythm of business mindset to win with team: how individuals always need to evolve, learn, bring a growth mindset approach, positive intent orientation, and future focus. Pay Range The pay range for this role is $93,400 to $143,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
