Pay Rate - $26-$27 – Onsite Full-Time Position – Monday-Friday – 8:00 am – 5:00 pm 

The Reconveyance Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of document recording process. This position requires day-to-day recording - reviewing documents, proofing, signing documents for recording, and submitting documents either electronically or through mail. This individual needs to have a working knowledge of title and closing services and knowledge of state and county recording requirements and cost calculations. Obtain copies of recorded documents from county websites. This position requires multi–tasking, high volume work performance, and able to prioritize work on daily basis, to assure all compliance deadlines are met.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Prepare reconveyances and other collateral releases for paid loans/closed loans.

·         Verify County websites to obtain recorded documents

·         Verify recording fees / Matrix

·         Scanning and mailing documents.

·         Adding notes ALL Loan Servicing Modules.

·         Reviewing, proofing signing documents for accuracy to be released to counties for recording.

·         Follow-up calls to Lenders/Brokers

·         Lender Reports

·         Other clerical duties as needed by Manager/Lead

Knowledge, skills, & abilities:

·         Strong attention to detail.

·         Able to work closely with Reconveyance Team/Lead/Manager.

·         Able to meet deadlines, prioritize workload.

·         Experience with Word and Excel.

·         Accurately enter data to computer systems.

·         Computer literate.

·         Confident telephone communications
