About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Pre-Construction Coordinator to manage all pre-construction measurements and job site visits. This full-time, in-person role is critical to ensuring projects begin with accurate information, proper planning, and seamless communication between our customers, sales team, operations team, and installation crews. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, coachable, and possesses a strong background in window and door installation as well as general construction practices.

What You'll Do

• Conduct all pre-construction site visits and field measurements.
• Verify project scope, dimensions, and installation requirements.
• Ensure measurement appointments are scheduled and completed in a timely manner.
• Identify potential job site challenges and communicate findings to the project team.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of measurements and site conditions.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and installation teams to ensure project readiness.
• Provide recommendations and solutions to support successful project execution.
• Adhere to company standards, safety requirements, and customer service expectations.
• Perform in-home site visits and precise measurements for window and door replacement projects.
• Identify potential installation issues in the home and develop plans to mitigate them before install day.
• Coordinate project plans between sales reps and install crews, acting as the liaison between both teams.
• Support the warehouse as needed: unloading trucks, moving materials, and staging jobs.
• Perform occasional field services and small installs.
• Adapt daily to changing schedules, site conditions, and issues that arise in construction.

What You Bring

Required:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on window and door installation, construction, remodeling, or related experience, specifically in Colorado.
• Strong product knowledge of windows and doors.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods and job site conditions.
• Ability to accurately measure and assess installation requirements.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; well-spoken and professional with customers, sales, and crews.
• Excellent customer service skills and plenty of patience — you'll be in customers' homes representing the company.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Open to feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement.
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights.
• Physically able to lift and move materials and help out in the warehouse.
• Punctual, with strong time management.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the role.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the office.

Preferred:

• Lead certification (EPA RRP) — we'll get you certified if you're not already.
• Additional construction experience beyond windows and doors — the more, the better.

Compensation

• Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year
• Bonus: Up to $4,000 per year, depending on company profitability
• Monthly expense reimbursement: $250 per month
• Health insurance reimbursement: Up to $300 per month for a family
