Delivers care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation in coordination with other health team members. Effectively interacts with the patient, significant others, and other health team members while maintaining high standards of professional nursing. Provides high quality care to the following patient populations: Geriatric, Medical/Surgical, Adult, and Telemetry. Traveler will be responsible for self-studying telemetry strips upon acceptance and a basic dysrhythmia test out will be given first week of assignment, which must be passed to work on the telemetry/med surg unit. Previous Epic Experience required. Traveler may occasionally be placed on call during periods of low census and must be able to respond and arrive on-site within one hour if called in. BLS certification required (AHA or ARC acceptable). ACLS certification required. NIH Certification required (American Heart Association or Apex Innovations ONLY). Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification required, including RN license verification through BON & NURSYS. Must pass a basic dysrhythmia test out during first week of assignment to work on telemetry/med surg unit. Previous Epic Experience required. Schedule Information

Shift: 18:00 - 06:30 (Nights). Traveler will not be part of a regular call rotation but may be called in occasionally during low census periods and must respond within one hour. Unit Specific Information
