Overview Lake Huron Medical Center is a 139‑bed community hospital in St. Clair and Sanilac counties offering emergency services, a primary stroke center, cancer care, surgical services, physical therapy, pulmonary rehabilitation, and specialized diabetes programs. Responsibilities Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures (CT, mammography, bone density, ultrasound, and special procedures) according to department protocols. Serve as the first‑line interface with customers, ensuring imaging needs are met. Participate in PI/ QC activities, assist in maintaining the Performance Improvement Program, and oversee the radiology area and staff in the manager’s or director’s absence. Maintain department supplies, schedule sub‑departments, and manage imaging transmission to PACS. Qualifications Education, experience, and training requirements include: Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by state. Effective July 1 2017, appropriate national certifications in two modalities required. Current BCLS (AHA). Familiarity with state and federal regulations. One year of acute clinical radiography preferred. Proficient computer skills.
