Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Hiring Immediately (Full-Time / Part-Time)

What You'll Do

Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
Help with meals, routines, and light housekeeping
Support mobility needs (including transfers if needed)
Transport clients to appointments and activities
Provide medication reminders (per care plan)
Monitor well-being and report updates
Follow individualized care plans

What We Need From You

Reliable and shows up on time-clients depend on you
Compassionate and respectful
Comfortable with hands-on care
Willing to learn and follow care plans
Positive attitude and team mindset

Requirements

3+ months caregiving or related experience preferred
Valid driver's license & reliable transportation (if applicable)
Must pass background check
