Earn $22+ base pay per service appointment, based on experience, plus commission on upgrades and enhancements and same-day gratuity payout.

You will not be placed on the schedule without support. We value ongoing education through hands-on coaching, brand training, workshops, webinars, and continued development so you can refine your skills and build your confidence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customized, results-driven facial services based on each client’s needs and goals
• Conduct thoughtful consultations and recommend progressive treatment plans
• Perform services and advanced modalities from the Hand & Stone menu
• Educate clients on appropriate upgrades, enhancements, products, and at-home skincare
• Build lasting client relationships and encourage consistent skincare through our membership-based model
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, service quality, and professionalism
• Complete required training, workshops, webinars, and ongoing professional development
• Work collaboratively with the spa team to provide an exceptional guest experience

Qualifications

• Current New York State Esthetics License
• Passion for skincare and helping clients feel confident in their skin
• Strong consultation, communication, and client-service skills
• Commitment to cleanliness, consistency, and professional standards
• Comfortable recommending treatment plans, upgrades, enhancements, and skincare products based on each client’s needs
• Willingness to learn and perform advanced modalities offered by Hand & Stone
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
• Previous esthetics experience is preferred, with higher base rates available based on experience
