Part Time - Stock Associate

Role Summary: This position involves independently stocking and displaying products to support store operations and contribute to financial goals. Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, maintaining well-stocked and clean departments, and ensuring product rotation and handling spoiled items per guidelines. The role emphasizes adherence to safety, food safety, and guest experience standards, with potential cross-department tasks based on customer needs. Qualifications & Skills: A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with retail or related experience advantageous. Basic reading, writing, math skills, and attention to detail are essential. The role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in varied store environments. Key Duties Assist with receiving, unloading, and stocking merchandise. Maintain attractive, clean, and fully stocked departments. Notify management for product ordering needs. Handle spoiled/damaged products appropriately. Follow safety, food safety, PPE, and guest experience guidelines. Support tasks in other departments as needed.
