HR Onboarding CoordinatorThe HR Onboarding Coordinator leads all workforce mobilization and onboarding activities for employees, contractors, subcontractors, and temporary workers supporting data center construction operations. This role ensures a seamless, compliant, and efficient onboarding experience while maintaining site access and workforce readiness requirements.Position Details:Hourly position based upon experience & skill levelContract with possible contract extension or hireStandard work hours: Mon-Fri 7:00am-4:00pm (Saturdays when needed)Location: Customer Site - Holly Ridge, LA 71269Key ResponsibilitiesWorkforce MobilizationManage end-to-end onboarding for all new hires and contractors.Coordinate workforce ramp-up activities during project phases.Track onboarding schedules and hiring forecasts.Pre-Employment ProcessesOversee background checks, drug screenings, I-9 verification, and employment documentation.Ensure completion of all required onboarding paperwork.Verify certifications, licenses, and training credentials.Site Access & CredentialingCoordinate site badging and access requirements.Manage workforce credentialing processes.Ensure compliance with security protocols and site-specific requirements.Orientation & TrainingFacilitate new hire orientation programs.Coordinate safety training and compliance certifications.Partner with EHS and Operations teams to ensure workforce readiness.Compliance & Audit ManagementMaintain onboarding records and compliance documentation.Prepare onboarding audit reports.Monitor onboarding KPIs including completion rates and time-to-productivity.Education/Experience:High School Diploma or Equivalent required, Bachelors Degree in Administrative or Human Resource major preferred5-7 Years HR and Onboarding experience in a construction or manufacturing industrySelf starter with a drive for continual learningDrive to take initiativeHR Certifications preferredThis job description is designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, and responsibilities that are required of the employee; it is not meant to be all-inclusive for any one position.
