Position Title: Maintenance Tech I Location: Orchard Estates, Alton, TX Job Id: 3608 # of Openings: 0 Responsibilities You will be responsible for all aspects of the property's maintenance including but not limited to the physical grounds, preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance. Perform various duties aimed at maintaining and enhancing the apartment community. Maintain the physical integrity of the assigned apartment community, including custodial & grounds upkeep. Qualifications HVAC experience required. Must have own tools. Be a team player. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and governmental regulations. Ability to write legibly and clearly. Ability to communicate with residents and other employees.
