Recognized as one of the Best 150+ Places to Work in Healthcare and a Military-Friendly Gold Employer, you'll find an inclusive and supportive environment where your contributions truly matter.Benefits That Help You ThriveRetirement: 403(b) planWell-being support: Employee Assistance Program, counseling and peer support, spiritual care and stress management resourcesHow You'll Make An Impact In This RoleStudy Execution: Preparing patients for polysomnograms (PSGs), which involves applying electrodes and sensors to monitor brain waves, heart rate, and breathing.Patient Advocacy & Safety: Interviewing patients to understand their specific symptoms and monitoring them throughout the night to intervene during apneic events or equipment malfunctions.Data Analysis (Scoring): This is a high-level skill where you "score" the study—identifying sleep stages, respiratory events (hypopneas/apneas), and limb movements to provide an interpreted report for the physician.Technical Management: Calibrating sensitive diagnostic equipment and performing troubleshooting or repairs to ensure data integrity.What Minimum Requirements You'll NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
