This is a remote position.

The Improvement Association is seeking a professional, organized, and personable Appointment Setter to support our outreach and communication efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting individuals, coordinating appointments, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure that meetings and follow-up activities are handled efficiently.This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing a positive and professional experience for everyone who interacts with our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact individuals, prospective participants, and community contacts through phone calls, emails, and other approved communication channels.
  
• Schedule appointments, consultations, meetings, and follow-up discussions with appropriate staff members.
  
• Provide clear and accurate information about the organization's services and programs within the scope of the position.
  
• Confirm scheduled appointments and communicate any changes or updates.
  
• Maintain accurate records of communications, appointment schedules, and follow-up activities.
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
  
• Previous experience in appointment setting, customer service, administrative support, or a related position is preferred.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  
• Professional telephone and email etiquette.
  
• Basic computer proficiency, including email, calendars, and office applications.
  
• Ability to manage multiple appointments and tasks accurately.
  
• A positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and commitment to professional service.
