Minimum Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
• At least 21 years of age
• Professional appearance with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Comfortable with in-person prospecting, networking, and business development
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
• Ability to pass a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws
• Previous sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily in-person prospecting with a goal of approximately 30 business visits to generate new leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients through consistent follow-up and professional communication.
• Qualify leads by asking thoughtful questions to understand each client's security needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on proposals to move opportunities through the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities, client interactions, and sales opportunities using company systems.
• Monitor local business activity, including construction projects, new developments, leasing activity, and community events, to identify potential clients.
• Partner with Operations leadership to ensure a smooth transition from signed agreement to service implementation.
• Adapt communication style to effectively connect with a variety of clients and decision-makers.
• Demonstrate persistence and professionalism by consistently following up with prospects, understanding that sales opportunities may develop over weeks or months.
