Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Wound Care

MedStaff Group is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a part-time wound care opportunity covering skilled nursing facilities throughout Vermont.

The provider will cover facilities in Rutland, Springfield, St. Johnsbury, and Bennington and must be comfortable traveling throughout the assigned territory.

Position highlights:

Part-time 2 days per week
Facility-based wound care
No evenings or weekends
Productivity-based compensation with strong earning potential
Additional earning opportunities through procedures and biologics
Comprehensive wound care training provided
No previous wound care experience required
Malpractice insurance covered from day one
Gradual caseload ramp-up with ongoing clinical support

Requirements:

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Minimum 2 years of solo/independent practice experience
Vermont license or ability to obtain one
Comfortable traveling between all assigned facilities

Providers receive comprehensive wound care training, including self-guided education, webinar training, and hands-on clinical training tailored to their experience.

A great opportunity for an experienced NP or PA looking for two consistent days per week with excellent earning potential and no weekend or evening responsibilities.
