Practice specifics

• Join an experienced, progressive, well-respected primary care team (2 MD’s, 3 NP) with full diagnostic and therapeutic support services, including pharmacy, infusion services, and rehabilitative services for adult and pediatric patients
• Mentoring provided to new physicians
• OB optional
• No overnight call (unless doing your own OB’s)
• 36 patient contact hours/week
• Outpatient practice
• Full complement of visiting specialties including Surgical and Medical Orthopedics, Oncology, General Surgery, Audiology, Nephrology, Urology, Cardiology, Weight Management and Occupational Medicine
• Hometown environment with support of a large health system
• Option for less than full-time employment.
• EPIC medical records
• Flexible, 0.6 – 1.0 FTE

Compensation

• $323,400. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
