Quanex is looking for a  Sill Base Assembler - 1st Shift to join our team located in  Rice Lake, WI.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm | Overtime needs vary daily during the busy season.  

The hourly range for this position begins at $18.50/hr with opportunity for pay increase on an annual basis.

What Success Looks Like:

• Operate and set up production equipment.
• Manually fabricate window and door screens and install screen cloth.
• Palletize finished goods.
• Perform quality checks while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Work efficiently with team members to meet production targets and improve workflow.
• Follow all safety procedures and promptly report existing or potential hazards to the supervisor or team lead.
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality for all scheduled hours.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Your Credentials:

• Production, assembly, warehouse, mechanical, or other hands-on experience is  preferred but not required
• Strong attendance and reliability
