• M-F 8am - 5pm with some on call required
• 15-16 patients per day
• Geriatric population
• Chronic care: COPD, kidney disease, diabetes, hypertension
• Heart disease, chronic pain, anxiety, depression management
• Thyroid disorders care
• Complex patient panel requiring critical charting
• Hospital privileges required
