QA Engineer

Perform end-to-end testing of web applications, APIs, and enterprise systems to validate functionality, usability, data integrity, and system integrations.
Test UI workflows, backend processes, and cross-platform integrations across multiple business applications and modules.
Execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality software releases.
Validate API integrations and data flow between Salesforce, middleware platforms, and downstream systems.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
Identify, document, track, and retest software defects through resolution.
Conduct backend data validation and system verification to ensure accurate processing and synchronization between applications.
Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders to ensure application quality and alignment with business requirements.
Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test frameworks using modern test automation tools.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to QA processes, testing standards, and automation coverage.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to automation framework modernization efforts.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Test Automation.
Experience testing web applications, REST APIs, and enterprise business systems.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform testing.
Strong understanding of functional, integration, regression, and system testing methodologies.
Experience validating API integrations and backend data flows.
Experience creating test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
