Description Physical Education Teacher at River Valley School (Grades 2-3) Position is from December 14th- January 26th. Job Summary Teach Physical Education courses which are aligned with the Common Core State Standards for Physical Education. See attached job description for details. Compensation For Long-Term Assignments For long-term substitute assignments, pay rates increase progressively over the course of the leave, provided there is no break in service: Days 120: $150 per day Days 2159: $180 per day Days 60+: $50,949 (BA/1), prorated Qualifications Valid and active Illinois Professional Educator License; endorsement in Physical Education; knowledge of best practices for physical education instruction.
