Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in the Operating Room for a travel assignment in Winchester, MA. This role involves working in a dynamic and collaborative environment at a 209-bed hospital with 11 OR suites, providing expert care in ortho, spine, and robotics. Ideal candidates must be prepared to scrub and circulate during procedures.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Operating Room

• Perform scrub and circulating duties in the operating room
• Provide specialized care in ortho, spine, and robotics surgeries
• Prepare and maintain a sterile environment
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety
• Document procedures and patient responses accurately
• Participate in weekend rotation every 6 weeks as needed

Requirements of the RN - Operating Room

• Current BLS - AHA certification
• Current ACLS - AHA certification
• Valid MA RN License
• Experience with EPIC
• Strong background in ortho, spine, and robotics
• CNOR preferred
