• Base Salary: $500,000 / yr
• Uncapped productivity bonus: $84 per wRVU

Job/Practice Description:

• Pulmonary Physician
• Location: Findlay, OH (40 mins from Toledo)
• 150-bed, 16-bed ICU, 18-bed CCU, Level III Trauma Center, Level III ODH Heart Care Center, 12-bed Acute Rehabilitation Unit
• Predominantly outpatient pulmonary practice. Asthma, COPD, Functional Testing, etc..
• Role is mainly based in outpatient clinic with occasional coverage of ICU.
• No call responsibilities
• General pulmonary outpatient practice with interventional pulmonary procedures
• 100% outpatient role, no call responsibilities
• Flexible full-time schedule (4–5 days/week)
• 24/7 in-house hospitalist and intensivist coverage
• 1.5 OR procedure block days per week with flexibility for additional procedures
• Typical clinic volume: approximately 20 patients/day (8-hr day)
• Established lung cancer screening program with approximately 600 active patients and opportunity for continued growth
• Hospital-based pulmonary clinic located adjacent to the ICU
• Cerner EMR with AI-powered tools
• Robotic bronchoscopy (ION) - Required
• Endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS) - Required
• Thoracentesis
• Chest tube placement
• Central venous catheter placement
• Ventilator management
• Fluoroscopy access

Profile Background:

• Board Certified / Board Eligible Pulmonology
• Ability to hold an Ohio State License
