Physical Therapist

CORA Physical Therapy seeks a Physical Therapist – Digital Health Specialist to provide outpatient rehab care across in-clinic and virtual settings. In this role, you’ll perform comprehensive evaluations, design evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver physical therapy through both hands-on interventions and secure digital platforms. You’ll educate patients and families, track outcomes in our EMR, and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team.
