As an Agent Apprentice, you'll play a key role in driving revenue growth by offering top-tier insurance solutions to our valued clients. Working with warm leads, you'll assess individual insurance needs and deliver customized recommendations, combining your product knowledge with sharp sales instincts.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on results and enjoys building lasting customer relationships. Prior experience or familiarity with insurance is a strong advantage and can help you make an immediate impact. You'll be guided by an experienced mentor as you sharpen your skills, gain in-depth industry knowledge, and learn the essentials of running a successful agency.
In addition to hands-on experience, this position offers a clear path to agency ownership. As you grow within the organization, you'll take on greater responsibility and work toward launching your own Farmers Insurance agency. It's a unique opportunity to build your own business, make a real difference in people's lives, and reach your entrepreneurial goalsall within the support system of the Farmers Insurance network.

ResponsibilitiesDeliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide outstanding support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met. Making outbound calls to prospective customers.
Offer Tailored Insurance Solutions: Customize insurance plans that address the unique needs of individuals and businesses.
Build Lasting Client Relationships: Engage with clients to foster strong connections and ensure ongoing satisfaction. Networking and engaging in event marketing.
Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with industry developments and product knowledge to effectively advise clients.
Collaborate with the Team: Work together to drive sales and achieve our business goals.
RequirementsEducation : High school diploma or equivalent required.
Sales Experience: Previous sales experience preferred; insurance sales experience is a plus.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills are essential.
Motivation : Highly motivated and results-driven mindset.
Teamwork : Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Licensing Requirement: Must obtain P&C and L&H in KS and MO within a given timeframe.
