About the Team TikTok’s Measurement Product team builds experimentation products that help marketers and brands realize their true business value generated by TikTok and across all of their paid channels. Our team drives innovation and performance across our advertising platform by working with cross‑functional teams across the globe on products that touch millions of advertisers. We’re looking for a Product Manager to continue building our experimentation infrastructure and measurement products. Internship Overview We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at TikTok provide industry exposure, hands‑on experience, and a 12‑week program beginning in 2026. Summer Start Dates May 11th, 2026 May 18th, 2026 May 26th, 2026 June 8th, 2026 June 22nd, 2026 Responsibilities Set the vision, develop the roadmap, build and launch ad measurement products that help advertisers meet their goals and see their true business value generated by TikTok. Define success metrics and analyze data to inform product strategy and prioritization. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define goals and objectives for ad measurement products. Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing and Sales to develop, test, and launch products. Write all technical specs and product requirements for development. Minimum Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Academic background in a quantitative field such as statistics, economics, political science, computer science, or related fields. Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, with the ability to break down, analyze, and solve complex problems. Strong organizational, planning, communication, and execution skills; self‑motivated and responsible, able to drive projects independently with reliability and simplicity. Proven ability to work cross‑functionally in a highly collaborative environment. Must be able to commit to a 12‑week full‑time work period during Summer 2026. Preferred Qualifications A heavy user of internet products, curious and passionate about product design and user experience; prior product‑related internship or project experience is a plus. Experience in ads monetization business and ecosystem. Experience working with data teams and other technical teams. Job Information Compensation: Hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $35–$55. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day‑one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year).
