Job Description Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is seeking a Director of Data Center Infrastructure / Construction to help deliver a ~1GW-scale AI infrastructure program in Saline, MI. This is a rare opportunity to lead construction execution at extraordinary scale, driving field productivity, contractor performance, sequencing, logistics, recovery planning, installation quality, and construction turnover readiness across one of OCIs most critical data center campuses. The ideal leader thrives in fast-moving, mission-critical environments and can turn complex field conditions into clear priorities, accountable execution, and predictable progress across general contractors, subcontractors, project teams, commissioning partners, and senior stakeholders. This role will be instrumental in keeping trades aligned, removing execution blockers, validating recovery plans, and ensuring construction progress supports downstream commissioning, startup, and operational readiness.
