Senior Financial .Net Developer/Architect
Apex Informatics
Title: Senior Financial .Net Developer/Architect Location: Little Rock, AR Job Description: Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop packages to extract data elements into constructed data layouts
- Maintain complicated applications supported by Applications Development: Budget System
- Assist state employees with .Net solutions and mentors on best practices
- Maintain and optimize central infrastructure, application instances, and databases
- Provide problem resolution, analysis, and other support services as required
- Design and test disaster recovery plans
- Develop window services
- Develop web services
- Write and review VB.Net code
- Develop detailed technical infrastructure diagrams and specifications
- Minimum of six (8) years of each item below
- Minimum of six (6) years of SQL Server installation, maintenance, and optimization experience
- Good knowledge of MSDTC
- Experience with design and maintenance of TDE Encryption
- Experience using integration services or SSIS packages to import and export data to/from SQL
- Experience developing window services
- Experience developing web services
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Education requirement of a BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other equivalent education
