Physician – Psychiatrist, Community Medicine & IDD Clinic Dual Role - Grand Rapids, MichiganCorewell Health West is seeking a full time psychiatrist for a unique, forward thinking position in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This position will be 50% within our Community Medicine practice and 50% within our new Intellectual & Developmental Disability practice. These are well supported practices with exceptional multidisciplinary team members.Within the Community Medicine Clinic, you'll care for adult patient's behavioral health needs and collaborate with their well-seasoned team of primary care providers. This position will have a high level of multidisciplinary collaboration, including case conferences.Within the IDD Clinic, you will deliver psychiatric care and consultative support for a patient population aged 16 and older, including both adolescent and adult patients. The position offers a unique opportunity to practice within a multidisciplinary care model that emphasizes whole-person care, care coordination, and behavioral health integration.
