Contract Type: Perm
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (weekends as needed)
Hours per Week: 40
Bill Rate: $43-$46/hour

Roles & Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments in our 74-bed skilled nursing facility
Develop individualized care plans to restore function and improve mobility
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and techniques
Document patient progress accurately and timely
Participate in care conferences and coordinate discharge planning
Qualifications
Current New Jersey Physical Therapist license
DPT or Master's degree in Physical Therapy (new graduates welcome)
Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred
Strong clinical and communication skills
A passion for improving quality of life for elderly patients
Knowledge & Skills
Expertise in rehabilitation techniques and therapeutic exercise
Ability to perform patient assessments and create treatment plans
Knowledge of Medicare and insurance documentation requirements
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
Proficiency with electronic health records
