Warehouse Associate

Job Description

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for supporting the Auction Coordinator by assisting with Joint Inventory and day-to-day auction inventory functions. The position will also monitor and ensure inventory needs are met for the daily auction activities. These responsibilities include but are not limited to: photographing inventory and inventory control, assisting with and reviewing basic inspections on items and replenishing stock of inventory.

Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting in Joint Inventory with the Auction Coordinator and government staff for government shipments.

Performs basic inspections of inventory items, performing inspection reports by taking photographs the equipment and overall condition.

Verify key equipment data (serial number / VIN, hours / miles, machine-level and / or emission-related certifications, etc.) for typos and other inaccuracies.

Lotting and classifying inventory to be put into an organized system for later retrieval.

Determine best option of our available sales channels to maximize returns for the company.

Determine ideal quantity for grouping items into lots and pricing with our proprietary system.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1-3 years' experience preferred.
