Conduct thorough reviews of existing client accounts to ensure coverage limits match their current lifestyle and assets.

Reach out to existing policyholders to check in and identify gaps in their current protection.

Explain the value of various insurance products to help clients make informed decisions about their future.

Manage administrative follow-ups to ensure all policy changes are accurate and processed without delay.

Participate in local community initiatives to build brand awareness and meaningful connections in Westerville.

Maintain an organized pipeline of outreach to keep our promise of being there when our clients need us most.

Ohio Property and Casualty insurance license.

Previous experience working in an agency or customer-facing role.

Strong comfort level with computers and navigating multiple insurance software platforms simultaneously.

Ability to articulate complex insurance concepts into simple, everyday language.

Active listening skills that help you truly understand what a family or business owner needs to feel secure.

Reliable transportation and a professional presence for in-office client meetings.
