Minimum 1-year current acute care Case Management RN experience BLS Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. ED experience Palliative Care Knowledge and GOC Conversation List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Suicide Risk Assessments SBIRT/Substance Assessment Discharge Planning Assessments Discharge Planning Behavioral Health experience with suicide risk and substance use assessments Best personality Fit: Professional and dedicated and friendly Strong communication skills Adaptable to different units.
