Candidates must possess IV insertion and phlebotomy skills. Experience with conscious sedation is essential. Candidates will deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in critical condition. The role involves monitoring patient conditions and responding to emergencies. Collaboration with healthcare team members is crucial for patient outcomes. Candidates must demonstrate strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs is necessary. Effective communication skills are vital for interacting with patients and their families.
