The role emphasizes collaboration and communication, teamwork, and measurement to support organizational priorities and meet regulatory and accreditation standards. As the Clinical Informaticist RN, you will collaborate with clinical leadership to plan, implement, and evaluate training and education to the clinical staff including electronic charting, clinical workflows, and newly integrated electronic moedules. Conducts ongoing training, needs assessments and provides guidance on the design, scheduling, delivery, and maintenance of skill-based, multi-modal training. Bargaining Unit: Non-Bargaining Exempt: No Req ID 32948 Pay Range: 56.70 - 70.88 USD per hour Category: Quality Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Health care or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or work experience in a clinical setting. Current Hawai‘i RN license. Two (2) years nursing specialty or related experience. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field. Epic Clinical Informaticists Certificaiton or other EPIC certification. Nursing preceptor experience. EHR charting systems instructor experience.
