Senior Accountant

A highly regarded and growing financial services firm is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its finance and accounting team. Responsibilities Prepare and support quarterly and annual financial reporting packages in accordance with GAAP. Assist with the preparation and review of financial statements, disclosures, and supporting schedules. Partner with accounting and finance leadership to improve reporting processes, documentation, and workflow efficiency. Coordinate with external auditors and assist with audit requests, testing, and year-end deliverables. Help maintain consistency and accuracy across reporting processes and financial statement presentations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required. CPA certification or progress toward obtaining a CPA is strongly preferred. 5+ years of accounting, financial reporting, audit, or fund accounting experience. Experience within investment management, asset management, financial services, or public accounting environments is highly preferred. Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement preparation. Experience supporting external audits and working with auditors. Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with financial systems and reporting tools. Why Join?
