WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for an experienced, dependable line cook who understands the importance of consistency, quality, and efficiency in a busy restaurant kitchen. We want someone who takes pride in their work, moves with urgency, and understands that every plate leaving the kitchen represents our restaurant.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has solid line cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen.
• Prepares dishes consistently, following recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
• Works with urgency while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Manages multiple tickets efficiently and stays organized under pressure.
• Understands proper food handling, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures.
• Maintains a clean, stocked, and organized workstation throughout every shift.
• Communicates clearly with the chef, fellow cooks, and front-of-house team.
• Understands the importance of ticket times and getting food out accurately and together.
• Takes initiative with prep, restocking, cleaning, and supporting teammates without constant direction.
• Is punctual, reliable, and has flexible availability.
