What You’ll Own Translate product capabilities into revenue‑generating sales narratives Turn platform features into clear, compelling value propositions for customers Help articulate why Epiq Discover wins in competitive deals Drive sales enablement for a software‑first motion Create and maintain sales materials (pitch decks, battlecards, case studies, messaging frameworks) Equip sales teams to confidently sell enterprise software Partner directly with Sales & Commercial teams Act as a strategic advisor to sales on positioning, packaging, and customer conversations Identify gaps in messaging and enablement that impact deal velocity Own GTM strategy and execution Develop go‑to‑market plans aligned to target segments and buyer personas Refine how we position Epiq Discover across legal and enterprise buyers Build market‑facing collateral Develop case studies, proof points, and differentiated messaging based on real customer outcomes Ensure consistency of messaging across sales, marketing, and customer‑facing assets Leverage market and customer insight Use industry knowledge and data to continuously refine positioning and value proposition Identify opportunities to strengthen how we communicate product value in the market What This Role Is (and Isn’t) Highly collaborative with Sales, Marketing, and Business stakeholders Focused on commercial success and revenue enablement Centered on GTM strategy, messaging, and positioning Focused on sprint management, backlog ownership, or engineering execution Client‑facing in terms of sales calls or travel‑heavy activity Responsible for managing development teams or shipping features We’re Looking For Core Experience 3+ years of product management experience with a strong GTM or commercial focus Proven experience working closely with sales teams on enablement, positioning, or deal support Track record of translating technical products into clear, market‑facing value propositions Domain Expertise (Required) Background in the legal industry or legal technology, including legal tech platforms, eDiscovery, litigation support, or legal services environments. Skill Set Strong ability to communicate product value in business terms vs. technical features Experience building sales enablement materials (e.g., decks, case studies, messaging frameworks) Commercial mindset with strong business acumen and market awareness Why This Role is Interesting Help drive a major shift from services‑led selling to software‑led growth Work on a platform (Epiq Discover) with strong market relevance in legal tech Operate in a high‑impact, outward‑facing product role that directly influences revenue Opportunity to shape how product is understood and sold across the organization Compensation The Compensation range for this role is $145,000.00 to $170,000.00 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications. Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer. Your specific salary will be determined based on several factors: location‑based market rate for the role, your abilities in relation to the job specification, performance during screening and interview, pay parity with the wider team in the considered location.
