Mount Southington Ski Area in Plantsville, CT is seeking a Lead Bartender to oversee daily bar operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth service and support the bar team, while providing excellent guest experiences. This year-round position requires at least 3 years of bartending experience and strong knowledge of bar operations.
