Provider Engagement Specialist

Supporting provider data accuracy, the full-time Provider Engagement Specialist will manage day-to-day operations related to provider setup in the information system, ensuring compliance for state reporting and claims payment in a remote role based in Florida. Key responsibilities Provide support to external provider representatives to resolve data issues and demographic changes Track, update, and audit provider data while maintaining spreadsheets for provider directories Facilitate provider education and orientations, including webinars and training sessions Required qualifications Associate's degree preferred Three years of experience in a managed care environment, medical provider office, or customer service within a healthcare organization Experience in claims processing, billing, and/or coding Knowledge of healthcare, managed care, Medicare, or Medicaid
