Every client is different, which means every day brings an opportunity to make a meaningful difference. You'll help clients maintain their independence, dignity, comfort, and quality of life while building genuine relationships along the way. Your responsibilities may include:Providing companionship and meaningful conversationAssisting with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toiletingPreparing meals and assisting with feeding as neededProviding medication remindersAssisting with walking, transfers, and mobilityPerforming light housekeeping and maintaining a safe environmentAssisting with errands, appointments, and community outingsProviding transportation when applicableSupporting clients with activities of daily livingFollowing each client's individualized care planCommunicating important changes or concerns to the officeProviding care with patience, dignity, and respectWe're looking for caregivers who are:Reliable and punctualCompassionate and patientProfessional and respectfulComfortable communicating with clients, families, and managementAble to follow care plans and instructionsDependable and willing to work as part of a teamPhysically capable of safely performing caregiver dutiesCommitted to providing quality care—not just completing a shiftQualifications & Requirements One of the following is preferred/required:CNA or HHA certification preferred, ORAt least 1,000 hours of caregiving experience, including approximately 6 months of full-time or 12 months of part-time experience caring for seniors or individuals with chronic illnessesExceptions may be considered for:Newly licensed CNAs, HHAs, or PCAsIndividuals with significant family caregiving experienceApplicants providing companionship and housekeeping services onlyAdditional requirements include:Current TB testReliable transportationValid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable vehicle if transporting clientsAbility to pass a national criminal background check and drug screeningAbility to meet applicable state and federal requirements for this safety-sensitive positionWhat We Offer We believe caregivers deserve to feel supported and appreciated.
