Senior Finance Analyst

VCP Finance ProfessionalThe VCP Finance Professional has a main priority to partner with various (Commercial / Industrial) Workstreams to ensure there is a P&L impact and proper financial reporting for all initiatives within the Value Creation Program (VCP).Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough reviews of business cases, assessing financial assumptions, risks, and projected outcomes to ensure credibility and accuracyValidate initiative savings by analyzing data, verifying cost reductions, and confirming benefits realization against targetsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support initiative planning, execution, and post-implementation reviewsMonitor ongoing performance of VCP initiatives, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and corrective actionBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification5+ years of experience in industrial or commercial finance, FP&A, cost management, or a comparable analytical roleProven experience in business case analysis, financial modeling, and savings validationStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently and as a part of a cross-function, matrixed environmentPreferred Qualifications:Advanced degree or professional certificationOEM/automotive supplier or other manufacturing industry experience - with emphasis in supply chain, direct material/in-direct material, manufacturing, and/or purchasing
