The ideal candidate will assist in developing maintenance and reliability systems for current and future plant operations. Responsibilities will include daily maintenance tasks on existing equipment, as well as creating a more robust reliability program for the future. The role offers a great deal of autonomy and influence in shaping a young maintenance/reliability program.
The existing facility is situated in the Western suburbs of Chicago, near Aurora, Naperville, Wheaton, Geneva, Saint Charles, and Elgin. This family-friendly area is more affordable than downtown Chicago but remains easily accessible by car or train. Residents have access to major airports, sports teams, concert venues, the Fox River, and more.
