Requires skills in patient/client treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential. May require specialized physical therapist assistant training to meet a particular department need. Or equivalent educ/experience Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check is required for this position upon hire.
