We offer a supportive, fast-paced environment where your skills are valued, your professional growth is encouraged, and every day brings the opportunity to restore confidence through exceptional patient care.Why Join Us?Specialized experience in dentures, dental implants, prosthodontics, and oral surgeryOpportunity to work alongside experienced dentists and dental laboratory professionalsCareer growth and ongoing training opportunitiesCollaborative, team-focused work environmentRewarding career helping patients regain their smiles, confidence, and quality of lifeWhat You'll DoAs a Dental Assistant, you'll provide exceptional chairside support while helping patients throughout every stage of their treatment experience.Deliver outstanding patient care and create a welcoming, positive experience from check-in through treatment.Prepare operatories, instruments, equipment, and materials before each patient appointment.Assist dentists during denture procedures, dental implant placement, oral surgery, extractions, and prosthetic treatments in accordance with state regulations.Take and assist with alginate denture impressions, select appropriate impression trays, and prepare wax bites under dentist direction.Assist with denture insertions, adjustments, relines, repairs, and other expanded duties where permitted by state law.Educate patients on treatment plans, denture options, implant procedures, post-operative care, home care instructions, and financial packages.Obtain and document patient medical histories, treatment information, and clinical notes accurately.Take dental radiographs (X-rays) in accordance with state certification requirements.Maintain strict infection prevention and sterilization standards by cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing instruments and operatories.Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering clinical supplies.Support daily office operations, including maintaining a clean, organized clinical environment.Travel occasionally for training and continuing education opportunities as needed.Perform additional duties to support patient care and office success.QualificationsRequired:High School Diploma or GEDDental Assistant and X-ray certification (where required by state)Strong communication and patient service skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environmentCommitment to teamwork, professionalism, and compassionate patient carePreferred Qualifications:1+ year of dental assisting experienceExperience assisting with dentures, removable prosthetics, or dental implantsExperience taking denture impressions and wax bitesExperience assisting with oral surgery and extractionsExperience with prosthodontic proceduresFamiliarity with dental practice management software and electronic patient recordsWe're Looking For Someone Who Is:Friendly, professional, and compassionateDetail-oriented and highly organizedComfortable managing multiple prioritiesPassionate about delivering exceptional patient experiencesDependable, motivated, and eager to grow within a successful dental practicePhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and sit for extended periods throughout the workdayAbility to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionallyAbility to work safely in a clinical environment while following OSHA and infection control protocolsIf you're an energetic Dental Assistant who enjoys providing exceptional patient care and wants to grow your clinical skills in a specialized practice, we'd love to hear from you.
