As a Commercial Insurance Sales Representative, you'll work directly with business owners to identify insurance needs, overcome objections, and deliver customized business insurance solutions. All without making a single cold call! What Makes This Opportunity Exciting? Compensation & Incentives: Base Salary: $50,000 - $71,754 annually. Individual performance-based Incentives: Earn up to an additional $5,000 monthly or $60,000 annually through performance incentives. Differentials: +10% for evening shifts; +20% for weekends (optional - based on location). Bonuses: $1,500 sign-on for licensed candidates (Property & Casualty or Property & Casualty - General Lines TX specific). Office Location: 2375 N Glenville Dr, Richardson, TX 75082 How You'll Make a Difference Become a trusted Advisor: Manage incoming calls and engage customers in a B2B setting to provide a personalized sales experience. Needs Assessment: Identify customer needs and recommend coverage solutions through products like: Commercial Auto, General Liability, Business Owners Policies (BOP), Workers Compensation, Professional Liability. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about GEICO’s products and identify cross-selling opportunities to assist customers. Meaningful Impact: Provide customers with peace of mind by helping them choose the right coverage for the best protection. What We’re Looking For Experience & Qualifications: Minimum of 3 months of customer-facing sales experience required; 3+ years preferred. Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred. Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (training and exam fees provided). High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred. Core Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.
