Customer Service Rep Details:

• Temporary position
• $20.00 to $22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift

• Receive and respond to incoming customer phone calls, emails, website inquiries, and general sales/customer service communications in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide customers and independent sales representatives with appropriate product information and pricing.
• Support customers with tasks such as invoicing, order acknowledgements, freight damage claims, RMAs, warranty orders, freight estimates, or freight pickup scheduling.
• Maintain monthly First Time Through accuracy goals, daily order entry error logs, and quality standards for customer service work. 
• Cooperatively provides hands-on job function training to co-workers as needed.
• Must understand and comply with Safety, 5S, ISO, and other corporate programs, initiatives and procedures.
• Dependable and consistent attendance is critical for team performance and productivity. 

Customer Service Rep Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of strong customer service experience required; service training experience preferred. 
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving, organizational, written communication, oral communication, and customer de-escalation skills required.
• Strong team skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external groups as part of various initiatives.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management and communication skills.
