About the Role:
Join BMW MASTERCARE INC as an Automotive Service Advisor in San Marcos, CA, where you will be the key liaison between our valued customers and our expert technicians. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their service needs with professionalism and expertise.
- Provide detailed explanations of service recommendations and repair options.
- Manage service appointments and ensure timely follow-ups with customers.
- Coordinate with technicians to facilitate efficient service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance satisfaction.
- Upsell additional services and products to meet customer needs.
- Stay updated on automotive technology and service trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Proficiency in using service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certifications are a plus.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
