About the Role:

Join BMW MASTERCARE INC as an Automotive Service Advisor in San Marcos, CA, where you will be the key liaison between our valued customers and our expert technicians. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on delivering exceptional service and fostering customer loyalty.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assess their service needs with professionalism and expertise.
Provide detailed explanations of service recommendations and repair options.
Manage service appointments and ensure timely follow-ups with customers.
Coordinate with technicians to facilitate efficient service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance satisfaction.
Upsell additional services and products to meet customer needs.
Stay updated on automotive technology and service trends.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role.
Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Proficiency in using service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certifications are a plus.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
