Job Summary:Responsibilities:We're seeking a Kid Care Associate to join our team. As our new Kid Care Associate you will:Create a unique and memorable relationship with each new child and parent teamProvide a safe, clean atmosphere for childrenFoster age-appropriate learning and educational opportunitiesCreate a fun, playful, family friendly environmentMaintain neat, professional attire and a courteous, helpful attitudeAttend department meetings as necessaryCollaborate with your team members to build a highly effective team environment and accomplish team goalsFoster and grow strong relationships with our fitness facility membersThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:Prior customer service and childcare experience requiredCPR/AED/First Aid Certification; Must be in person and have infant, child & adultSuperior customer service skillsOutgoing personality and excellent communication skillsSincere interest and enthusiasm in engaging with childrenBasic understanding of the MS Office suiteWHO WE AREFor nearly 30 years, Exos has been dedicated to getting people ready for the moments that matter by promoting a holistic approach to health.
