Automotive Accounting Clerk
Qualifications:
- Experience in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to Detail

Responsibilities:
- Post daily customer payments from service, parts, sales, and finance departments
- Prepare and reconcile daily bank deposits
- Research and resolve posting discrepancies in coordination with department managers
- Process payments received by mail, in person, and electronically
- Maintain organized records of receipts, deposit slips, and related documentation
- Assist the accounting team with month-end closing tasks as needed
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members regarding payment questions
