Wood Truss & Framing Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Wood Framing / Truss Assemblers to join our manufacturing team in Groveland. This is a hands-on position assembling wood trusses and framing components in a fast-paced production environment.

Monday – Friday| 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Overtime available (40+ hours)

$17.00 - $19.00 - Based on Experience (YOU MUST HAVE FRAMING / WOOD / CARPENTRY)

Responsibilities

Assemble wood trusses, wall frames, and other wood framing components.
Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment to complete assemblies.
Read and follow work orders, measurements, and production specifications.
Measure, cut, position, and secure lumber according to project requirements.
Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and structural consistency.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Work with the production team to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

Required: Previous experience in wood framing, carpentry, or truss assembly.
Experience in construction, lumberyards, or wood manufacturing preferred.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
Ability to read measurements and follow basic blueprints or production drawings.
Ability to lift and handle lumber and other building materials.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliable attendance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
